This used to be one of first collections of sound themes for ICQ, THE contact program on the Internet, but now, since the major flux of users, others have popped up around the place!
To use these sounds, download the zipped pack and extract them into the ICQ sound subdirectory. You will have to overwrite your existing ICQ sound files, but if you ever want your ORIGINAL SOUND PACKET back, it's right here (142 kb).
